Job Description:
The AdSales Coordinator will be support to the Advertising Sales Department, being responsible for the management and operation of accounts, in turn, he will provide timely and accurate information and support to the Latam sales team and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Entry of customers and campaigns into the company's systems
* Verification of commercial materials/spots to ensure that they have the technical specifications required by NBCU for the implementation of the activity on both linear and digital platforms
* Receipt of PIs/Purchase Orders.
* Review of rates and time slots
* Weekly review of income for sending the pacing
* Support in the ordering process and everything related to it, both for NBCU and for our Partners
* Straightforward and effective communication with the finance team for inquiries related to the reconciliation process
* Follow up with customers to ensure approvals are in place and requests are processed
* Creation and sending of digital insertion orders (UX Ecosystem) and streaming (Universal+) to the appropriate departments to ensure requests are fulfilled as agreed
* Constant verification of income reports, processes, etc. to prevent possible ordering errors that affect the customer's purchase and consequently invoicing
* Communication and direct relationship with other stakeholders of the company that are part of the process (traffic/operations, planning and marketing)
* Build collaborative relationships with other areas to ensure a good customer experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Sales or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent Spanish, intermediate English.
