SALARY: $45.00 per hour
OVERTIME ELIGIBILITY: This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labour laws and pursuant with collective agreement. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard schedule.
All work in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day, or in excess of forty (40) hours in any one week shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half. Any work in excess of eleven (11) hours in one day shall be paid at the rate of double time. Saturdays work shall be paid at the rate of double time; Sunday pay is double time for the first eight (8) hours and double and a half pay for hours exceeding eight (8) hours.
SHIFTS: Rotating shifts (7AM - 3PM; 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM); must have flexibility to cover weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install, repair, maintain various electrical systems and related equipment
* Use PLC to troubleshoot production breakdowns and improve processes
* Read and interpret electrical drawings - European and North American
* Scope work as needed to generate work orders for corrective work
* Use SAP to look at scheduled work and document maintenance activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Good understanding of Ontario electrical code
* Must posses Journeyman Certification in either 442A or 309A
* Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI required
* 1 year experience as an industrial electrician mandatory; 3 year experience preferred
* Certificate of apprenticeship preferred
* Proven knowledge of following safety procedures
* Experience with VFD, all kinds, preferred
* Knowledge and experience with hydraulic or pneumatic equipment
* Excellent troubleshooting, demonstrate problem-solving skills and continuous learning mindset
