Job Description:

Supervisor/a de Topografía

* Rol del área de Topografía en un entorno crítico y altamente técnico, donde la precisión geométrica y la trazabilidad del dato son claves para asegurar el avance constructivo. Se integra transversalmente con Obra Civil, Producción, Calidad, Oficina Técnica y Prevención de Riesgos, garantizando que replanteos, controles y as-built representen fielmente lo ejecutado en terreno.

2) Objetivo del cargo

* Asegurar la gestión topográfica integral del proyecto, liderando la planificación, ejecución y control de levantamientos, replanteos y verificaciones geométricas (cotas/coordenadas) para cumplir con diseños, tolerancias y estándares técnicos. Administra recursos humanos e instrumentales (estación total, niveles, GNSS), cuidando la calidad del dato desde la captura hasta la entrega documental (informes, planos, respaldos digitales).

3) Principales responsabilidades (síntesis)

* Planificar y controlar la estrategia topográfica del frente/sector alineada al programa e hitos de obra.
* Supervisar y validar replanteos de ejes, cotas, niveles y geometrías con alta precisión, minimizando retrabajos.
* Asegurar consistencia del sistema de referencia (datum, proyección, coordenadas) para todas las disciplinas.
* bajo topográfico en frentes activos (EPP, riesgos por maquinaria y tránsito).

4) Funciones clave (operacionales)

* Coordinación estructurada con Producción/OT/Subcontratos para programar actividades topográficas.
* Verificación geométrica en terreno (alineamientos, pendientes, verticalidad, distancias) con evidencia verificable.
* Procesamiento y depuración de datos para planos, cubicaciones y control de avance.

5) Requisitos excluyentes (resumen)

Formación (excluyente):
* Técnico Superior en Topografía / Ingeniería en Geomensura / Geomática o equivalente.
Software y herramientas:
* MS Office avanzado (reportabilidad/análisis).
* AutoCAD y software de procesamiento topográfico (p.ej., Leica Infinity, Istram, Presto o equivalentes).
* Gestión de intercambio en formatos estándar (DWG, SHP, RINEX cuando aplique).
Certificación (excluyente):
* Evidencia de calibración/mantención de instrumentos (certificados vigentes cuando corresponda).
Competencias técnicas críticas:
* Dominio experto de estación total, nivelación geométrica y GNSS.
* Interpretación rigurosa de planos/especificaciones y detección de discrepancias.
* Control auditable de poligonales, puntos de apoyo, monumentación y sistema de referencia.
Experiencia (excluyente):
* ≥ 5 años en topografía para obras civiles/infraestructura + ≥ 2 años liderando/supervisando equipos o entregables.
* Deseable: experiencia en proyectos urbanos complejos (interferencias y alta exigencia de trazabilidad).
