What you´ll do

* Direct and control the annual SHE management program in accordance with organizational, legal, and other requirements.
* Direct the execution of activities focused on legal compliance in the areas of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment for the company.
* Define promotion and prevention activities aimed at preventing and controlling occupational diseases with the support of the occupational physician, as well as establishing and implementing epidemiological surveillance programs.
* Plan the implementation, verification, and monitoring of Henkel Colombiana's Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, 50001, 45001, DEC 1072, and road safety).
* Periodically evaluate and monitor compliance with general SHE management indicators.
* Plan and periodically monitor legal compliance with SHE requirements.

What makes you a good fit

- Professional degree in Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Safety, Health, and Environment areas
- Experience in production plant operations
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment and HAZOP
