Transactional Operations Specialist

The Transactional Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across all transactions processed within the hub. This position is responsible for providing guidance to hub members, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement of processes that support sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the end-to-end execution of all hub transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established standards.
* Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality of sales and marketing support transactions.
* Team Guidance: Provide clear direction and support to hub members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
* Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to communicate transaction volumes, process health, and improvement outcomes.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure hub operations align with business objectives.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all transactions comply with Pfizer policies and quality standards.
* Promote ongoing learning and skill development within the team.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of in process coordination, operational management, or business support functions, preferably within sales and marketing environments.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Proficiency with transactional and workflow management systems.
* Demonstrate Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills
