You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
* Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
* Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
* Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
* Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
* Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
* Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

* Análisis robusto de datos y comportamiento del consumidor junto con las tendencias de mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en la categoría.
* Desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento de la categoría, en alineación con los objetivos de la compañía y del retail, con base en las necesidades del Shopper.
* Asesorar y brindar información procesable al detallista (retail) como información de mercado, shopper insights para entregar recomendaciones basadas en hechos e informes de productos, precios, zonas, entre otros; siempre velando por los objetivos y crecimientos de la categoría.
* Liderar el roll out/Implementación de los planes de
Category Management en el punto de venta en las categorías que la compañía participa.
* Desarrollar los planogramas/lay outs del MT en las categorías asignadas. (KPI clave: SOS>=SOM)
* Realizar presentaciones de resultados y análisis a equipos internos y socios estratégicos para alinear los esfuerzos en torno a la categoría.

Job specific requirements:
* Profesional en carreras como administración, ingeniería industrial, y carreras afines.
* Mínimo un año y medio de experiencia en consumo masivo en el área comercial.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, proactividad, y ganas de seguir aprendiendo.
* Habilidades en el análisis de datos, y facilidad para generar insights valiosos.
* Manejo de herramientas como Excel a nivel avanzado, Nielsen, Kantar.
* Conocer mercados de Centro América y Caribe es un plus.
