Settlement Analyst II

In core process the analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry, analysis, and process execution of Core Settlement processes known as Outlets, IBP Cash Application, RSP deposit processing, order desk, and manual distributor in accordance with the guidelines and procedures pre-established. In addition, the analyst will be responsible to support the work of the Due Bill Senior Analysts by identifying and processing account discrepancies as well as support our CSR portal e-mail and phone line to address customer needs and questions. The position works closely with the Sales leaders, RSP Settlement and Senior Due bill analysts.

Essential functions
* Perform and support Settlement Core processes, including Outlets, IBP Cash Application, RSP deposits, Order Desk, and Manual Distributor activities.
* Process, balance, reconcile, and post deposit transactions; investigate discrepancies; and coordinate resolution with internal teams and bank partners.
* Complete Outlet-specific activities including sales reporting, verification file balancing, weekly recap follow-up, and cash control outstanding item resolution
* Coordinate Order Desk activities, ensure new setup components are in place and aligned for team entry, including weekly checklist maintenance.
* Support customer payment portal activities and respond to customer inquiries received through phone and email in a timely manner.
* Reconcile route and customer data to identify the underlying cause of discrepancies, reasons and breaking down that data, and process simple adjustments.
* Maintain process documentation, audit records, contact lists, and support internal audits and compliance requirements.
* Comply and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify process improvement opportunities, and support implementation of corrective actions.
* Participate in cross-training and provide backup support across all assigned processes to ensure business continuity and achievement of team objectives.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
* High school education completed technical training or college education is a plus
* 1-2 years' experience in analysis positions, and/or accounting related field.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel Skills
* Familiarity with AS400 platform is an asset
* Advanced English level
