About Your Business Area/Department:
Americas Delivery Management group is the entry point within the delivery organization towards the commercial team of the Americas Travel Sellers unit.
The purpose of this group is to:
Coordinate all delivery activities, leveraging all delivery expert resources in different delivery domains.
Be accountable for all delivery activities, report and provide KPIs.
Support the definition of the service portfolio and strategy and ensure its implementation within the delivery organization.
Summary of the role:
Support the implementation activities of his/her project including airline deliveries and as-sociated services.
In this role you'll:
* As a delivery manager the responsibilities are:
* Is the Delivery Services entry point for the Commercial groups for the region.
* Is accountable for all the deliveries to customers in the region of all services in the service catalogue (standard products, bespoke development, consulting, and other services).
* Ensure all contracted services and solutions are delivered as committed
* Engage Delivery Domain resources, coordinate their activities and provide reporting to ensure the delivery of Amadeus commitments.
* Manage the status of all deliverables, according to customer commitments and expectations. Communicate accordingly to customers, ensure their adherence to the plan, and follow up on delivery dates.
* Create, manage, and keep updated dashboard for the region to provide accurate status of all deliverables, including risk & issues.
* Provide a regular executives summary covering the risk/issues that need management attention.
* Act as prime point of escalation for all ongoing delivery issues.
* Support the Presales process by providing Delivery expertise, highlighting delivery risks and validating timelines and expert resources availability.
* When needed, act as functional and technical entry point to provide specialist knowledge and expertise on Amadeus products and solutions.
About the ideal candidate:
* Experience in the travel technology industry (GDS, OTA, airline, agency, hospitality, or travel distribution environments).
* Proven experience managing customer implementations, software deliveries, or complex projects from initiation through completion.
* Experience managing North American customer accounts and working across geographically distributed teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and reporting across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Understanding of software implementation lifecycles, API solutions, integrations, GDS/travel technology, or SaaS delivery environments.
* Ability to review technical requirements, coordinate with implementation teams, and en-sure successful delivery execution.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments and budgets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment among multiple stakeholders, in-fluence without direct authority, and provide executive-level status reporting.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, ADO, Salesforce, GOT, Power BI)
