Get in the driver's seat

As an Vehicle Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing vehicle components according to the highest quality standards, ensuring that every vehicle meets performance, functionality, and finish requirements.

Where you'll make an impact

* Assemble and install vehicle components and assemblies according to work instructions, technical documentation, and defined quality standards.

* Perform visual and functional checks of installed components and ensure every task is completed accurately and according to specifications.

* Use hand, power, and torque tools, as well as production equipment, in a safe and proper manner.

* Identify, report, and support the resolution of deviations, technical issues, and rework activities in collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace while actively contributing to continuous improvement of processes, quality, and production efficiency.

What are your core components

* Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or working in the automotive, mechanical, or similar industry.

* Ability to read and understand technical documentation, work instructions, and drawings.

* Precision, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work with high quality standards.

* Experience working with hand, power, and torque tools, as well as measuring equipment.

* Proactive approach, willingness to work in a team, and continuous learning mindset in a dynamic production environment.

* Experience working with high-quality or low-volume products, knowledge of Lean principles, and basic knowledge of the English language are an advantage.

Salary range: EUR22 500 - EUR32 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
