Responsibilities:

* Support domain teams in structuring system-level security requirements for RT products.

* Manage activities defined by CSMS, SUMS, and other standards related to cybersecurity.

* Coordinate with suppliers on special cases and assist in creating interface agreements.

* Stay updated on cybersecurity incidents and trends relevant to Rimac Technology industries.

* Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and fuzz tests to identify and resolve issues.

* Lead threat assessments, risk analyses, and maintain a risk register for cybersecurity threats.

* Regularly review and maintain cybersecurity processes and documentation.

* Provide technical cybersecurity guidance to cross-functional teams.

* Report deviations from cybersecurity plans to program management.

* Suggest improvements to enhance the cybersecurity posture of components and systems.

* Own the cybersecurity strategy and plans for specific vehicle components and systems.

* Assist in designing cybersecurity aspects of component E/E architecture and related systems.

* Interface with independent cybersecurity assessors for external security assessments.

* Lead development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and controls for automotive and energy systems.

* Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend proactive security measures.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and practices in the automotive and energy sectors.

* Proficient in product development methodologies, tools, and security regulations.

* Expertise in security frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.

* Deep knowledge of Rimac's PCP (Product Creation Process) and security integration.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.

* Familiarity with development and DevOps strategies for implementing security requirements.

* Advanced English communication skills.

* Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with software developers, engineers, and vendors.

* Experience with vulnerability assessments and security testing.

* Ability to analyse and mitigate cybersecurity risks based on threat modelling.
