Position Summary
We are looking for a new Cost Management Administrator to join our Service Administration team!

Role and Responsibilities

Cost management
* Warranty operation & System management
* Warranty cost control
* Partner maintains
* Extended warranty management
* Warranty audit
* To support direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other task
* Warranty closing and control invoice
* Weekly and monthly report with analysis
* KPI management & Support for SVC data

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience:
* Administration & Field Experience in customer support for 3 years
* Data Analysis Experience (Excel)

Knowledge:
* Very good knowledge and understanding of systems and processes
* Very good English level
* Proficient in Excel, user of Microsoft PowerPoint

Job related skills:
* Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
* Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
* Strong creative sensibility and motivated by new challenges
* Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
* Good team player and relationship building skills
