Job Description:

* Contact with business partners and assistance in solving current problems in the field of after-sales service (including complaint processing and preparation of documentation)
* Handling reports in accordance with applicable operational procedures, including contact with colleagues from company branches throughout Europe
* Preparing comparisons and analyses and recommending solutions within assigned projects

Qualifications:

* Secondary education or higher
* Customer service experience (telephone or email)
* Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle operation is desirable
