Are you ready to join a dynamic team at Marsh that supports global multinational clients through their local subsidiaries? We are looking for a talented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our Incoming Multinational (SO) team in Copenhagen.
As a vital part of our team, you will work closely with Client Executives to deliver exceptional services to our multinational clients' local operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in multinational insurance programs while contributing to Marsh's mission of protecting and advancing our clients' businesses. You will report directly to Gert Juhl, Head of Risk Management Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for multinational clients' local subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate communication and service delivery.
* Support Client Executives by coordinating and managing local insurance program administration, including policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals for multinational accounts.
* Assist in the preparation and review of client documentation, including insurance proposals, coverage summaries, and compliance materials tailored to local market requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams Experience navigating the complexities of multinational insurance programs and local market regulations, enabling you to effectively support global-local client needs.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach that anticipates client needs and drives timely resolution of issues.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
* A collaborative mindset that contributes positively to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Relevant professional certifications or training in insurance or risk management (e.g., Forsikrings- og Pensionsakademiet levels 3-4) are advantageous.
* Strong IT aptitude, with the ability to leverage technology and systems to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
* and external partners to resolve client inquiries and facilitate smooth service execution.
* Monitor and track client insurance portfolios to ensure compliance with global program standards and local regulatory requirements.
* Provide detailed reporting and updates to Client Executives on client activities, risks, and service issues to support strategic account management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and sharing best practices within the Incoming Multinational team.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in client service or account management within insurance, brokerage, or financial services, preferably with multinational or complex client portfolios.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem solver with a client-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with insurance or CRM systems is a plus.
