Are you a full-stack developer with an interest in - and maybe have some experience with - LLMs, RAG, agents, tools, and MCP servers? Do you want to dive into agentic frameworks? In Digital Incubation and AI, we work together to build the tools and platforms that help our colleagues succeed in their daily work. We sit within Digital, Data and IT and use AI to improve and innovate business processes across GN.

We work with a variety of LLMs and AI platforms and primarily develop in Python and js.node (backend / AI services) and React (frontend experiences). Therefore, candidates with experience with mobile app development frameworks are encouraged to apply.

What will you be doing?
Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, as our AI Developer, you will play a key role in taking AI use cases from idea to production. You will work closely with other team members and business stakeholders to design, build, and operate robust and scalable AI solutions end to end.

Specifically, your work will include, but is not limited to:
* Designing and building AI solutions
* Implementing robust backend services and integrations that make AI features reliable, secure, and scalable in a global enterprise context.
* Owning services end to end: from scoping and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a DevOps setup.
* Shaping the technical foundation of our AI platform by bringing best practices in areas such as runtime design, authentication and authorization, data flows, state management, and performance optimization.

You will directly experience the complexity of a truly global organization, and, in this context, you will need to navigate across cultures, functions, and organizational levels.

Are team-oriented and can also self-manage your workload when required. You are motivated and result-oriented, and you enjoy collaborating across disciplines. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment and in a constantly evolving technology landscape.

Moreover, we imagine that you bring several of the following:
* Solid software engineering experience(e.g. in Python, C#, Js/Ts/Node or similar), either from industry or advanced projects.
* Experience deploying software(e.g. APIs, services, or apps) to a cloud or on-prem environment.
* Practical exposure to Generative AI- perhaps you have built something real with LLMs or RAG (professional, academic, or serious personal projects all count).
* Candidates with experience working with data and data libraries Basic knowledge of databases, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code are encouraged to apply.
* A curious and structured mindset and willingness to learn
* Fluency in written and spoken English. Since we are an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It's essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are.

Please note that while we have a hybrid working culture in GN, this role is not a fully remote role. We are based at our HQ in Ballerup, and the successful candidate will be expected to live within commuting distance and to be physically present at the office several times a week.
