We are seeking a dedicated IT Systems Engineer to assume technical ownership of our internal HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and its associated automations and integrations. Your primary objective is to build and maintain a seamless, automated employee lifecycle experience starting at the HRIS systems, ensuring every Trustie has a friction-free journey from their first day to their last. You will serve as the technical lead for our Sage People platform, partnering deeply with People Operations and global business functions to bridge the gap between HR data and IT systems. By mastering the integrations and connected systems between our HRIS and identity providers (IdP), you will drive operational excellence, eliminate manual intervention, and ensure our systems scale alongside and remain robust to support our global growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Deploy, configure, and operate the HRIS system, integrations, and automations involved in employee lifecycle management.
* Collaborate closely with People Operations teams to refine system processes and workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and master data changes.
* Be on top of our systems integrations and automations, e.g., between HR & IT Systems
* Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response.
* Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes.
* Manage tickets of incidents and escalations.
* Establish and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in internal and cross-functional projects that involve stakeholders at all levels.
Who you are:
* Strong experience in working with HRIS and SaaS systems.
* Experience with Operational processes and tools (e.g. Sage People, Greenhouse, Workday) is advantageous.
* Knowledge of working, operating, and deploying cloud-based systems and solutions.
* Experience with IdP systems.
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* You can work independently and in a team environment.
* Your decisions are based on data, and you can analyze independently.
* You like building processes. If something is manual and inconsistent, your instinct is to make it repeatable and scalable.
* Structured working experience.
