Job Description:
Please note that this position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract basis to provide maternity leave cover
Essential duties and responsibilities
* You will together with your team be responsible for the Customer Service in the Swedish market. Act as a back-up for the other Nordic markets during sick leave, holidays etc.
* Order management in Navision through EDI, CRM, calls, web shop and mail
* Credit and claims handling
* Email/phone support
* Drive Additional Sales and create added value for customers.
* Web shop support to customers
* Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.
What are we looking for?
* High school graduate or similar
* Min. 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service-related functions.
* Fluent in Swedish spoken and written.
* Advance English (understand written and verbale and can speak it with our Nordic organization)
* Danish/Norwegian is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team oriented and a great drive for results.
* Strong in handling conflict situations with care and understanding.
* Preferably in the FMCG Industry
