We are looking for à Legal Counsel Evian Resort & Sponsorships. The position is based in Paris and reports to the Head of Legal Evian Resort.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide day-to-day expert legal advice and support (all matters excluding employment/labor law) dedicated to Evian Resort and animate the contract lifecycle cycle administration (tracking, renewals, terminations, addenda, signature/archiving support) in connection with contracts related to:
*
* Commercial law
* Construction/Property
* Insurance
* Intellectual Property
* Draft, negotiate and validate all type of agreements engaging Evian Resort.
* Special focus on IP & Sponsorship topics: draft, negotiate and validate sponsorship/partnership and event agreements of the Evian Resort (Music, Sports, culture ,…).
* Ensure compliance with external laws and internal regulations as applicable, always securing full application of Danone social and sustainability principles, ethical code of business conduct of Danone and Compliance rules (Code of Conduct, GDPR internal policies…).
* Provide legal support on legal disputes/litigation (file preparation, formal notices, coordination with external counsel, follow-up).
* Manage and supervise insurance files and claims (monitoring, reporting, interactions with brokers/insurers/experts).
* Provide Legal trainings.

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

* Education: University Law degree (Master).
* Deep knowledge in contract drafting and negotiation (excluding labor law).
* Deep knowledge in compliance matters and intellectual property.
* Critical skills: eye to detail, proactive, flexible, ability to identify issues and to timely escalate them, solution oriented, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and to deal with pressure. Ability to innovate and be creative.
* Languages: French fluent, English fluent.
* Location: Paris & Evian
* Organized, reliable, able to handle uncertainty; strong & tailored stakeholder communication and discretion.
Process mindset (templates, tracking, reporting) and collaborative way of working; one-to-one follow-ups on assigned topics.
