Job Description

Within the Global Markets department of CIO CIB, and more precisely on the Taux-FX perimeter in the Business Support IT Monitoring pole, you will join the Summit Front Support team, which is in charge of the functional support of the Summit Front application with the businesses.
On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:
* Lead the Summit Front Support team and contribute to the improvement of the Front to Risk chain by responding to user requests and proposing improvements;
* Provide functional and technical support for the Summit Front application, which is the central component of the Global Markets Rates information system;
* Provide functional support to users of the application deployed on all CIB platforms.
* Interact daily with the development and application production teams in order to offer stable production to the professions;
* Participate in the projects of other teams in the department having an impact on production support;
* Manage access requests and production data extractions from Summit Front;
* Validate new features and check their impact on the existing one.
