As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
* Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
* Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love 💙.
* Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things "just work."
* Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.

👥 Who we're looking for

* We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience.
* Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
* Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
* Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
* B2B experience is a plus!
* Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
* Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
* Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
