YOUR ROLE

In close collaboration with CRM product teams, Data & AI asset teams, and platform engineering, the Salesforce Data360 & Agentforce Specialist acts as the technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360 and Agentforce integration within Edenred's Data & AI ecosystem.

The role ensures Salesforce customer data, events, and knowledge are modelled, governed, and exposed as reusable enterprise assets, and that Agentforce agents are designed and operated as production-grade, secure, and observable systems, fully aligned with Edenred's Data & AI platform standards.

Responsibilities

* Act as technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360
* Design and maintain Customer 360 / Account 360 data models aligned with enterprise canonical models
* Ensure Salesforce data is governed, consent-aware, and quality-controlled by design
* Integrate Salesforce data and events with the Data & AI platform (ingestion, activation, reverse ETL)
* Design and implement Agentforce agents leveraging: Salesforce context and workflows, Enterprise data and knowledge assets
* Ensure Agentforce agents follow the standard Data & AI lifecycle (design → build → run → evolve)
* Embed security, observability, cost awareness in CRM-embedded agents
* Support fast-track CRM agentic pilots, ensure clean promotion to industrial mode
* Contribute to Agent marketplace and reusable CRM/Agentforce patterns
* Participate in Design Authority and CRM-Data-AI alignment forums

YOUR PROFILE

Salesforce & CRM Expertise
* Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360
* Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
* Understanding of CRM data modelling, identity resolution, and consent management
* Experience with CRM activation and reverse ETL patterns

Data & AI Engineering Literacy

* Good understanding of data engineering fundamentals (models, pipelines, quality)
* Exposure to GenAI and agentic patterns (RAG, orchestration, tool calling)
* Familiarity with knowledge management and context injection for agents

Production & Integration Mindset

* Comfortable working with platform constraints, CI/CD, and SRE practices
* Awareness of observability, reliability, and cost drivers for AI workloads
* Ability to work across CRM, Data Platform, and AI domains
