As Store Operations Manager, you will lead the operations of the store ensuring an environment is created which allows efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in front and back of house execution. You will proactively manage your team to achieve their individual goals. You will be responsible for building passionate and highly motivated, talented individuals who continue to grow in their career, securing succession plans with this.
