Job Description

You are joining AEW's private debt multi-management team. You work on large mandates investing in private debt funds
On a daily basis, your missions are to:

* Market intelligence and identification of investment opportunities
* Due diligence of the funds and management company (investment, operational, ESG and legal), drafting of investment memos, negotiation of terms and documentation in connection with the Legal Department
* Portfolio construction in compliance with investment criteria
* Organization of pre-screening committees and investment committee, in consultation with the legal department, the risk management and compliance
* Organization of quarterly management committees
* Organization of advisory committees with investors for dedicated funds
* Management of the relationship with management companies
