YOUR ROLE

Your mission will be to enable Edenred's international marketing tech stack for all subsidiaries worldwide:
− Develop custom features and enhancements within HubSpot, leveraging coding skills as necessary.
− Set up and optimize no-code configurations, workflows, and automation in HubSpot to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
− Manage end-to-end custom integration between Hubspot and Salesforce, monitoring data flows and observability from Hubspot to Salesforce and from Salesforce to Hubspot.
− Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem, foresee impacts on integrations and make sure that there is an always-on alignment of technical and business processes between Hubspot and Salesforce
− Serve as the technical point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to HubSpot functionalities and its integrations
− Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for platform evolution and enhancements, delivering solutions that drive business objectives
− Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce, creating documentation and support to teams across various countries and functions
− Support Roll Out of Hubspot and its integrations (with Salesforce and other tools) in different countries
− Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to the HubSpot platform to better support global initiatives and user needs.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a highly skilled API developer and Hubspot hands-on expert to join our Digital Factory full Time. You will serve as the HubSpot expert for Edenred globally and will manage a fully custom integration between HubSpot and Salesforce. You will excel in Hubspot set up (no-code) as well as coding skills. You will be the technical go-to for exploring the full potential of Hubspot, but also to ensure its perfect synchronization with Salesforce.

Your skills :
− Proven experience as a consultant or specialist in HubSpot API with a deep understanding of all Hubspot features and functionalities.
− Strong development background, particularly in integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce.
− Proficiency in no-code tools and automation within HubSpot.
− Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges quickly.
− Exceptional communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
− English is mandatory
