Sales Assistant - Fashion Brand

Department Store Paris

What We Offer:

Up to EUR33,000 base salary + commission.
Sunday double pay, uniform, and NAVIGO transport.

About the Brand:

Fast-growing fashion footwear brand known for vintage-inspired design, sporty style, and elevated casualwear.
Blends heritage and modernity, offering versatile, stylish products for the contemporary customer.

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and in-depth product knowledge.
Offer styling advice and perfect fit guidance aligned with the brand's unique DNA.
Support team sales targets and actively participate in brand activations and store events.
Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' retail experience, ideally from premium casual-wear.
Passionate about sneakers, streetwear, and fashion trends.
Fluent in English & French.
Energetic, proactive, and a team player with a client-first mindset.
