Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and want to do more than just observe - do you want to actively contribute? As a Working Student in Corporate Real Estate Projects, you will support the project team at ASML Berlin and contribute to the successful implementation of our construction and infrastructure projects.
Within the Supporting Functions sector, you may not work directly with our products, but with your expertise you will play a key role in ensuring that our company operates smoothly. Only together with colleagues from these structured, high-performing, and supportive departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, IT, and Communications are we able to exceed expectations and achieve our goals as a company.

Your tasks

As a Working Student in Corporate Real Estate Projects, you will:
* support the project management team within the CRE department.
* assist with budget and cash flow planning.
* contribute to the preparation and compilation of project-related documents (BGP).
* support cost, schedule, and quality control activities.
* accompany the team and team lead in planning meetings.
* be responsible for updating the project management tool (Excel).

Your qualifications and skills

* You are an enrolled student in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
* You have a hands-on mindset and take initiative.
* You approach tasks in a structured way.
* You possess strong analytical skills.
* You demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility.
* You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
* You have initial experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Projects).

Als Werkstudent:in im Corporate Real Estate Projects unterstützt das Projektteam bei ASML Berlin und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte bei.
In den Sektor der "Supporting Functions" kommst du vielleicht nicht direkt mit unseren Produkten in Kontakt, aber mit deinem Fachwissen trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unser Unternehmen reibungslos funktioniert. Nur mit den Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus diesen strukturierten, leistungsbereiten und unterstützenden Abteilungen wie dem Personal, der Buchhaltung, dem Controlling, der IT und der Kommunikation, ist es uns möglich über uns hinaus zu wachsen und unsere Ziele als Unternehmen zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in Corporate Real Estate Projects wirst du:
* das Projektmanagement-Team der Abteilung CRE unterstützen.
* bei der Mittelabflussplanung Zuarbeit leisten.
* bei der Zusammenstellung projektrelevanter Dokumente (BGP) mitwirken.
* die Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle unterstützen.
* das Team und den Teamleiter bei Planungsbesprechungen begleiten.
* für die Einarbeitung von Updates in das Projektmanagementtool (Excel) verantwortlich sein.

Deine Qualifikation und Kompetenzen

* Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einer der Fachrichtungen Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
* Du denkst praktisch und packst die Dinge an.
* Du gehst Aufgaben strukturiert an.
* Du hast analytische Fähigkeiten.
* Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
* Sprichst deutsch und englisch auf einem sehr guten Niveau und kannst dich auch schriftlich gut ausdrücken.
* Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit dem MS-Office Paket (Excel, Powerpoint & Projects).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
