YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Active support of the European Digital Operations Team in strategic and operational projects, with a focus on e-commerce operations, process digitisation, and process optimisation
* Independent preparation of analyses, business cases, and decision-making materials for ongoing and new initiatives
* Documentation of existing processes, identification of improvement potential, and proactive recommendation of optimisation measures
* Creation of clear and structured presentations, reports, and analyses for internal stakeholders and management
* Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Finance, Digital Product) and support in coordinating across interfaces
* Hands-on exposure to payment processes and order flows through investigation, analysis, and support in resolving minor operational issues

YOUR PROFILE
* Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in economics, business administration, operations, or a related field
* Previous practical experience through internships, working student roles, or relevant project work in a digital or operational environment is good to have
* Availability of ~ 20 hours per week
* Strong interest in digital topics, e-commerce, and operational processes, combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to analyse numerical data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights (advanced technical skills not required)
* High level of initiative and self-organisation, with the ability to independently familiarise yourself with new topics and identify areas for improvement
* Clear and structured communication style, paired with strong analytical thinking
* Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
