YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ownership of key operational applications (e.g., CRM/ticketing systems, OMS, Payment Service Provider e.g. Adyen), acting as the primary point of contact for all related topics for Digital Operations Europe
* Monitor system performance and user experience, proactively identifying issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Coordinate and oversee the resolution of incidents and enhancements, ensuring stable performance, working closely with internal and external development teams as well as IT teams and external vendors
* Drive continuous process improvement by optimizing how operational teams use the applications
* Close collaboration with Service, Logistics and Product Teams, ensuring clear requirement definitions and effective implementation of solutions
* Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of applications, including system updates and integrations
* Support end-to-end testing activities and QA, such as new feature releases and regression testing, to ensure reliability and performance across systems
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* 2+ years of professional experience in an operational, digital environment or business applications management ideally in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry
* Strong system and tool affinity working comfortably with complex application landscapes (no coding or development expertise needed)
* Hands-on experience with operational systems such as CRM/ticketing tools, OMS, or payment platforms (e.g., Adyen or similar providers)
* Exposure to incident management and performance monitoring, ensuring systems run smoothly from a business perspective
* Clear and structured communication to create alignment and transparency between business and technical teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align different departments towards common goals
* Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
