Job summary
Global Client Segments (GCS) within Markets drives strategic sales, business development, and key account management across priority segments. We are entering a period with high volumes of partner evaluations, segment steering, pipeline consolidation, and tender preparation. Given current system gaps and cross-functional coordination needs, we require capacity to support background tasks that enable senior team members to focus on high-value partner engagement and deal conversion.
Key responsibilities
Data and reporting support:

* Consolidate and validate segment-level KPIs (pipeline, SGW/GWP, CR where available)
* Salesforce hygiene and data quality checks (deduplication, account-to-segment mapping, completeness/timeliness
Business analysis and preparation:
*
* Desk research on segments/partners/markets; compile executive one-pagers, briefs, and benchmark materials.
* Standardize templates (proposal, pipeline, governance) and curate the GCS asset library (decks, references, case studies)
Prepare meeting packs (agendas, pre-reads, minutes, follow-up lists)
PMO and process enablement:

* Document processes and playbooks (e.g., segment steering, tender preparation)
* SharePoint/Teams workspace governance (structure, permissions, filing standards)
Key requirements
* Master student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field
* Strong MS Office 365 skills (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English
