Working Student (m/w/d) Global Network Procurement

Telefóncia Global Services (TGS) has been founded in 2010 with the aim to simplify the international procurement processes and to redirect procurement as a value-adding unit within Telefonica. As an autonomous organization, TGS is responsible for all procurement negotiations with global suppliers of Telefonica S.A. as well as for supplies of Telefonica Germany.

Job Objective:

* To support effective and efficiently the day-to-day business activity including, but not limited to, vendor management in our purchase platform (currently GEP), support of invoicing of conditions against vendors and generation of reports.

* Support the Devices Team with the different negotiation processes: Analyzing offers and making summaries, generating reports.

Your skills:

* Team working.

* Good time management to follow chronograms.

* Problem solving

* Coordination capabilities.

* Medium to advanced MS Excel knowledge

* Advanced English and Spanish level

* Ideally: Knowledge of Telecommunication networks. Experience with data pre-processing techniques and reporting systems
