This role is a fixed term contract: 6 months
About this role
As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will own the tactical planning and operational delivery of our growth initiatives. You will work closely with the Targeted Value Lead and the CRM team to translate high-level growth goals into effective, live CRM strategies. This role is designed for a detail-oriented specialist who manages the full CRM lifecycle from strategic channel prioritisation and creative briefing to performance-based optimisation.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Drive the weekly planning and execution of CRM channels, ensuring all Push and Multi Card Banner (MCB) placements are aligned with our growth goals.
* Take ownership of the CRM roadmap, strategically prioritising "Key Trade Drivers" to ensure our most important offers get the right visibility at the right time.
* Coordinate the creative briefing process, working closely with Studio and Copy teams to develop high-performing visuals and messaging for our Push and MCB campaigns.
* Manage and optimise our marketing asset libraries, using competitor research and internal performance history to improve our creative approach and campaign speed.
* Act as a central coordinator for multiple stakeholders, aligning with Studio, Copywriters, other Marketing teams and CRM Operations to ensure all project dependencies are met on time for weekly deadlines.
* Maintain high standards of execution, managing the end-to-end proofing and approval process to ensure every campaign is delivered accurately and on time.
* Support the Targeted Value team with data-driven insights, reviewing performance metrics to help refine the approach for key initiatives like Savings Week.
What will you bring to the table?
* Fluent in English & German
* Strong knowledge of the German market is a plus
* Experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, or a senior marketing role; tech company experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing execution, including experimentation
* Proven project and campaign management experience in cross-functional settings
* Strong business, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
* Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style
