Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin - and we are looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo to strengthen and shape our pizzeria team.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities
You play a key role in delivering quality and supporting the development of the pizzeria:
* Manage pizza production during service with consistency and precision
* Prepare, control and work dough according to standards
* Ensure correct fermentation and product quality
* Bake and finish pizzas maintaining high execution standards
* Support the organization of prep and daily operations
* Share know-how and support less experienced team members
* Contribute to maintaining strong operational standards
* Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
👉 Your experience will directly contribute to shaping and strengthening the identity of our pizzeria.

💡 What we're looking for
* Previous experience as Pizzaiolo in a high-volume or quality-focused environment
* Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and oven management
* Confidence running service independently
* Ability to maintain quality under pressure
* Team spirit and willingness to support others' development
* Reliable, organized and proactive mindset
We are looking for someone who combines technical skills with a strong sense of ownership.
