Job Purpose

Job Purpose Description
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
* Support month-end and year-end close activities.
* Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 2-5 years of financial reporting/accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
