We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Commercial Real Estate
For this role, we're specifically looking for candidates who have direct experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting. A solid understanding of basic credit knowledge and deal structuring is essential

Responsibilities
* You would be required to do financial analysis and credit underwriting
* Candidate should be able to spread tax returns, analyse cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and calculate repayment capacity
* Interpret financial analyses, provide meaningful recommendations, and clearly articulate findings to both internal and external team members
* Underwrite cash flow using metrics like LTV, DSCR
* Evaluate borrower's/guarantors' financial strength and experience
* Additional responsibility will include preparing dashboards and supporting managers in governance meetings
* Critical thinking and analytical skills required for this position
* If you understand property financials including rent rolls, operating statements, and tax returns that will be an added advantage

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
* B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
* Relevant work experience in the field
* Proficiency in Excel, communication skills & highly dedicated in approach
Preferred qualifications
* Commercial Real Estate Industry knowledge
* Read/Write/Interpret English language documents
* Good eye for detail
* Understanding about lease administration
