Présentation de la société : In charge of fostering business opportunities for Hutchinson O-Rings and Bonded Seals (ORBS) in Indonesia, you will conduct market studies, help build roadmaps and business plans with the support of your hierarchy, develop professional networks, suggest partnerships and unfold strategy as per management directions. You will be leading the expansion of Hutchinson in the Indonesian market by engaging internal and external stakeholders (customers, partners, institutions, agencies, etc.) and coordinating market intelligence and business development footwork. An engineering background with strong business acumen and a high level of pro-activeness and autonomy are necessary for the position. Reporting lines to the ASEAN Sales manager and the ORBS Business development Vice-President Poste et missions : Your main missions are : *Conduct market studies *Identify macro-trends and needs *Promote all Hutchinson products and in particular O-Rings and Bonded Seals *Establish good relationships with key local stakeholders (engineers, buyers, managers, etc.) *Ensure good communication between the Hutchinson teams and local stakeholders *Participate in building a roadmap for local business development *Participate in building business plans for local business development *Screen local companies for potential partnerships *Conduct business development footwork as per management directions *Capture Incremental Sales (New Business Booked)

Requisiti del candidato:

Specialisation *Any engineering background. Level of education *Bachelor or master's degree echnical skills *Must have: ¡Microsoft office proficient use ¡Engineering background ¡A first relevant professional experience *Good to have: ¡Work experience in industry ¡Work experience in South East Asia Spoken languages *French: Fluency *English: C1 or above *Bahasa or Javanese: would be a plus Soft skills *Autonomous with high sense of responsibilities *Proactive, self-driven, hands-on *Adaptable, fast learner *Strong listening and communication skills
