Role: Site Digital Lead - Diageo Guinness Beer
Location: St James Gate - Dublin, Ireland
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As Site Digital Lead you will act as the single point of contact for all Digital Manufacturing initiatives at St James Gate . You will lead and coordinate the site's digital transformation agenda, owning the Site Digital Master Plan and driving the deployment of global digital solutions while identifying and delivering local opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation.

Working closely with site leadership and global partners across Manufacturing Excellence, Digital & Technology, and Engineering, you will play a critical role in embedding change, ensuring effective systems integration, and accelerating value delivery from digital programmes across the brewery.

About You

You'll bring demonstratable experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, with experience in the drinks and/or brewing industry being highly beneficial, enabling you to hit the ground running in this role.

You have been involved in transformation or change initiatives and are comfortable working in sophisticated, highly automated manufacturing settings where system connectivity and data flows are critical.

A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you can engage effectively from operator teams through to senior leadership.

You are digitally proficient, curious, and adaptable, with a clear curiosity about new technologies and a practical understanding of how integrated manufacturing systems support operational performance. Familiarity with global organisations and modern project management approaches such as Agile would be an advantage.
