Demand & Inventory Planning Manager

Personal Competencies : Entrepreneurship and Caring leadership Ownership and accountability Team development and communication skills Critical Thinking Stakeholder influence Forward Thinking Technical Skills : University degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent education Solid and good experience in Supply Chain Planning role, preferred experience in Demand Planning, proven experience in People Management Knowledge of planning techniques and models Good project management skills Budget alignment and financial awareness, including working capital and financial impact understanding Quantitative data analysis and statistic techniques Simulation and scenario analysis/handling Fluent in English, Italian a competitive advantage
