We're now looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to join our team!

Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:
* Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing
* Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
* Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy
* Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive

About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
* A real passion about Italian food and cocktails
* Energetic, proactive, and a team player
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Expert knowledge of classic cocktails
* Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
