Your role:

As Cybersecurity & Networking Engineer you will be part of the Technical Support team, contributing to support customers in the design, operation and troubleshooting of secure OT networks and cybersecurity solutions, acting as a trusted technical reference for industrial environments, including 5G-based connectivity.
Your day-to-day activities will include working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system configurations and ensure secure and reliable operation of OT infrastructures.

You'll make an impact by:

* Providing advanced technical support to customers for OT networking and cybersecurity solutions
* Analyzing customer technical specifications, system architectures and operational requirements
* Supporting the design and validation of secure OT network and cybersecurity architectures
* Contributing to the integration and support of industrial connectivity (LAN/WAN, WLAN, 5G) use cases

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements
* Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
* Strong knowledge of networking concepts (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, WLAN, 5G) applied to industrial or OT environments
* Experience or strong interest in OT cybersecurity and secure industrial system operation
* Ability to analyze and solve complex technical scenarios and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Availability to occasionally travel nationally
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Eligibility to work in Italy

PERMANENT: The pay range for this position is EUR48000-EUR63000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
