MISSION
The role is based in Rivalta di Torino, the Italian headquarters for Stellantis Aftersales and Spare Parts services.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Supply Chain Operations Control Specialist to join the Operational Control Department within our Warehouse.
In this position, you will monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs and warehouse-related costs, supporting continuous improvement and contributing to operational excellence through data analysis and reporting tools.
This role offers broad exposure to logistics and supply chain processes and represents a significant growth opportunity within Stellantis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Control Manager, you will:
* Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (e.g., productivity, volumes, on-time shipments) to support performance optimization.
* Contribute to workforce planning based on operational volumes and absenteeism forecasts.
* Create periodic reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI.
* Support monthly logistics cost reporting in partnership with the Finance team.
* Configure WMS settings to ensure alignment with operational processes.
* Supervise inventory and audit-related activities, ensuring compliance with SOX procedures and internal standards.
* Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance indicators.
* Excellent proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is considered a plus.
* Fluency in English.
* Previous experience in data processing and analysis (also from internships, academic projects, or early-career roles).
* A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functions.
* Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making.
