What you´ll do

* Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods ontime
* Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
* Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
* Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders
* Keep and assure Master data updates
* Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool
* Manage transport complaints
* Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance
* Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review

What makes you a good fit

* Master's degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Transportation Customer orientation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of enthusiasm and problem solving skills
* Fluent in English
* MS Office package

Gross annual salary starting from EUR38.000 - Collective Labour Agreement: "Chimico-Industria"
