Your role

We are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at Lauriano plant, ensuring full compliance with regulations and alignment with company EHS strategy.
The role acts as the RSPP for the site and plays a key role in promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture, working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Main responsabilities:

* Implement and drive EHS strategy in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and reporting standards
* Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation and prevention plans
* Lead incident management, including investigations and corrective actions
* Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs across the site
* Drive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions control)
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, HR) and external bodies (auditors, authorities, contractors)
* Act as RSPP and ensure alignment with other sites and EMEA EHS function

Main requirements:

* Degree in Engineering or EHS-related field
* Certified RSPP (mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance, and risk management
* Experience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (plus)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead EHS initiatives and influence stakeholders
* Project management and communication skills
* Sustainability mindset
* Fluent Italian and English
