Client Advisor

The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to EUR28,000 per year , based on experience and profile.
Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week
Fixed-term contract until December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience

Requirements / Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
Experience working with KPIs , CRM , and client appointments.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.
