As part of our new shop opening in Milan, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.

Job description :

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
* Operate the cash register efficiently
* Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
* Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
* Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop managerOur offer :

* Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
* You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
* You are a team player and like challenges.
