Sales Person - Milan (On-site)

Yali is looking for a Sales Person to join the team at our Milan head office. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for independent fashion, working closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, trunk shows, and private clients.

What you will do:

- Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods
- Lead buyer communications, follow-ups, and sales coordination
- Organize and execute trunk shows and private client appointments
- Drive direct sales and deliver a high-level, personalized client experience
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and the internal team to support business growth

Who we are looking for:

- Proven interest and experience in fashion/luxury sales
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Based in Milan and available to work on-site
- Willing to travel during key sales periods

Experienced or highly motivated in managing wholesale accounts, direct-to-consumer sales, and private clients. Proactive, organized, and skilled in negotiation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Fluent in English, Milan-based, and ready to travel for key sales events
