As a Personal Independence - PCP Outreach - Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and actively listen to express ideas clearly. By gathering information from various sources, you will analyze facts and discern patterns, building commercial awareness and upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting in-depth analyses to support risk management and compliance initiatives
- Providing specialized advice on ethical standards and business conduct
- Supporting the development of corporate compliance programs and training
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and recommending improvements
- Collaborating with teams to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Applying technical standards and upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Designing and delivering compliance training programs to promote a culture of integrity

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
