Location: Southeast of Skåne. and cities Växjö and Kalmar
Unilever Sweden is looking for a Sales Representative in the district: Southeast Sweden. Are you motivated by sales and results? Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our team! We are seeking a driven Sales Representative, responsible for customers in the Southeast area of Sweden
JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will be the face of Unilever in the region, developing and managing business relationships that strengthen our brands and drive growth. You will regularly visit customers, build trust-based collaborations, and ensure our products are visible and well-positioned in stores. You will work with some of the world's most recognized brands in Foods, Home & Personal Care, and Beauty - including Via, Comfort, Axe, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann's and Knorr. You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters - for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Secure and expand product distribution in stores
* Ensure optimal shelf placement and in-store visibility
* Actively promote and sell campaigns that increase sales and brand awareness
* Follow structured route plans to meet customers efficiently
* Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managers
* Participate in company sales conferences to share insights and contribute to team success
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experienced sales professional, preferably within retail or grocery
* Passionate about sales and motivated by building profitable customer relationships
* Results-oriented, confident, and eager to exceed ambitious targets
* Comfortable working independently and effectively communicating
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* Holds a valid B driver's license
* Ideally based in or near the Växjö area to cover the region effectively
* You combine drive and professionalism with the ability to create trust and long-term partnerships
