About the job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will be responsible in providing excellent and on time support to the Leadership Team and other senior management members enabling them to use their time in the best way.

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Provide proactive support to leadership and senior management.
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel (flights, hotels, transportation, visas).
* Handle travel expense reports and mileage documentation.
* Act as liaison between executives and employees.
* Manage PO processing and invoice administration.
* Organize meetings, offsites, team-building events, and company-wide activities in collaboration with HR and Communications.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
* Maintain document records and digital files (Engage, OneDrive).
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.

In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have:
* Experience working as Executive Assistant for at least 2 years (preferably within international company);
* Higher education is an advantage (f.e. business administration, HR, communication science etc.);
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in organized and structured way;
* Great skills in time management and priorities planning;
* Document record keeping knowledge;
* Proficient in using MS Excel and the MS Office suite
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
