Junior Business Developer - Plastic Recycling (H/F)

MISSION OF THE ROLE Based in Kuala Lumpur at Axens South East Asia, and reporting hierarchically to the Business Development Manager- Plastic recycling in Axens SEA CIAL team, the Junior Business Developer - Plastic Recycling will support the development of Axens' plastic recycling activities across Asia Pacific (excluding China, India, Japan). Assigned to the CIAL team locally and reporting to the New Development & Transformation Business Division group in Rueil Malmaison / Lyon, under the responsibility of the Business Development Manager, you will have the following missions: * For the Plastic Recycling Market you will play a key role in networking on identified main key stakeholders in order to secure Axens position for the new project being developed in the region and promote Axens name and technologies * For the marketing, you will have to promote Axens on social media in line with marketing plan, corporate communication and Axens branding This role is designed as a hands-on business development position, combining market intelligence, prospecting and marketing support. You will work closely and assist the Business Development Manager- Plastic recycling in Axens SEA CIAL. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  Business Development & Market Support - Keep track and get updated on the different legislations that can impact the chemical recycling of plastics in the region. * Contribute to the identification, qualification, and follow-up of business opportunities related to plastic recycling technologies. * Support the mapping of key stakeholders across the plastics recycling value chain. * Assist in prospect approach, preparation of client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.- Contribute to market reporting, competitive intelligence and regional trend analysis.  Marketing & Visibility * Support development of marketing materials adapted to Asia Pacific markets. * Contribute to Axens visibility at conferences, events and through digital communication. * Coordinate marketing actions in compliance with Axens branding guidelines

Requisiti del candidato:

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience * Engineer degree and/or Business / Commerce degree. * First experience (internship or 1-3 years) in energy, chemicals, recycling, sustainability or industrial markets. Skills & Attributes * Strong interest in circular economy and plastic recycling. * Business acumen in an international environment. * Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts. * Fluent in English. * Comfortable with office tools, CRM systems and digital platforms such as LinkedIn * Proactive, curious, analytical and team-oriented mindset
