Join Us - Make an Impact with PwC
It takes talented people to support the diverse professional services organisation that we are. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Capital team, where you'll focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a range of business areas - from Assurance and Tax to Advisory, Consulting, and Technology.
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting the full recruitment journey. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our Lines of Service to support thoughtful and effective hiring strategies, deliver a great candidate experience, and connect the right people to the right opportunities - all while launching or growing your recruitment career in a firm that invests in you from day one.
Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Talent Acquisition Executive, you will:
* Partner with hiring managers across our Lines of Service to understand their talent needs and support the delivery of tailored hiring plans.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening to interviewing and shortlisting - while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn.
* Contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives that improve how we deliver and help us maximise our hiring impact.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help us explore creative ways to reach top talent.
* Use modern recruitment technology to manage your requisition portfolio efficiently and keep data accurate.
* Grow your knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and the diverse career paths within a professional services firm.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you're proactive, curious, skilled at building relationships and energised by connecting people with opportunities. Ideally, you also bring:
* A degree in a people-related field (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business, or similar).
* Some experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function would be an asset; however, we also encourage recent graduates with a genuine interest in HR and recruitment to apply.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (or the eagerness to learn them quickly).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and the ability to organise work effectively, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
* A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with team members, candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Why PwC? Your Growth, Our Commitment
At PwC, we're dedicated to supporting your development and wellbeing. You'll find:
* Continuous personal and professional development through our Learning and Development Program.
* A dedicated Career Coach to support you in defining your career path and achieving both your personal and professional goals.
* A comprehensive Wellbeing Program, including confidential Employee Assistance services and fitness initiatives.
* Annual performance reviews focused on growth and constructive feedback.
* A dynamic and diverse environment that values all perspectives and fosters collaboration.
* Opportunities to work on international projects and broaden your experience.
* An open-door culture where all voices are heard and respected.
* Social and sports activities designed to build connections and support a balanced lifestyle.
