Controlling Analyst

A Day in the Life
This is a temporary position (5.5 months) where you will be a key player in the financial health of the Professional Products Division in Mexico City. You will support the team by providing sharp analysis and rigorous financial monitoring, contributing directly to our business performance.
You will be responsible for:
* Financial Closing: Actively participate in the monthly financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Budget Management: Track and analyze marketing and commercial budgets, providing key insights to support strategic decisions.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver financial reports, simulate financial scenarios, and perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
* Business Partnership: Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to provide financial guidance and support their initiatives.

We Are Looking For
An ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven to achieve results. We are looking for someone with:
* Initial experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar controlling role.
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with SAP (Finance module).
* Analytical Thinking: You can interpret complex data to generate actionable business insights.
* Financial expertise: You understand financial principles and can apply them to drive performance.
* Results-Oriented: You are focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
* Agility: You adapt quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
